Thank you for shopping with CJW-Artwork. The following is information about ordering from cjwartwork.co.uk and is valid from 23/08/2020. If you have any questions please email cjwartwork@gmail.com

 

We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:

 

•         Authorisation of your payment failed

•         We made a pricing or product description error

•         You’re not eligible to order from CJW-Artwork e.g. Overseas orders

 

CJW-Artwork online and distance selling adheres to Gov.UK regulations. CJW-Artwork online storefront is managed by Wix.com and offers PayPal Secure Payment Checkout and Card Transactions. Payment for items must be made at checkout. Payments by E-Cheque will need to clear before orders can be despatched or refunds and returns can be processed.

 

CJW-Artwork stock orders will be despatched within 3-5 business days from Leek, Staffordshire, UK.

 

For custom order requests despatch timescales will be agreed prior to order.

 

CJW-Artwork uses Royal Mail 2nd class which enables us to offer free delivery to the UK mainland.

 

Please remember that once CJW-Artwork hands over your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in Royal Mail's hands.

 

Once your package has been handed to Royal Mail we will email you to let you know that your order is on its way. If you fear your package is lost, Royal Mail advise to wait at least 10 working days before contacting them. You are welcome to contact CJW-Artwork for proof of postage or assistance if you have any queries or concerns regarding your order. 

 

If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction please contact cjwartwork@gmail.com to let us know you need the shipping address to be changed. Please make sure we get back to you confirming that we have received the change.

 

Sorry, we do not provide international shipping services.

 

We make every effort to despatch goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you by email.
