Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. 

 

If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, it is not a problem. Your rights mean you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order and you then have a further 14 days to return the order. Please make sure you have your receipt or emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns of custom orders.

 

Please note, orders are normally processed within 72 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order please email cjwartwork@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can try to stop the order being processed and despatched.

If you cancel your order after it has been posted you will be responsible for return postage costs to us.

Prior to returning items to CJW-Artwork, you must receive authorisation from us. To request authorisation please send us an email to: cjwartwork@gmail.com

Please include:

• Your order number

• Your first and last name

• The name of the product you wish to return

• A brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement or refund

Your request will usually be processed within 72 hours and you will receive an email giving you instructions on how to proceed.

Once we have received your returned order, provided the goods are in perfect condition, we will replace or refund as requested. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days.​

• Goods must be returned in an undamaged and resalable condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. 

• Please note that returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by us. For this reason we recommend that you request and retain proof of postage for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. 

 

 

Payments by E-Cheque will need to clear before orders can be despatched or refunds and returns can be processed.
