Our website is hosted by Wix which complies with all regulations for securing data collected.

 

As with most small businesses, we use mainstream software to manage customer records, send emails, manage financial records etc.

 

We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third parties unless your permission has been granted or are required by law to do so.

 

We use payment gateways and other payment transaction processors (such as PayPal) which have their own privacy policies with respect to the information they collect for your purchase-related transactions. 

  

Email marketing campaigns may contain tracking facilities within the email. This allows CJW-Artwork to analyse the performance of emails (number of opens, links clicked etc) and improve our communications to subscribers.

 

In compliance with the Electronic Communications Regulations, 2003 subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed in the footer of each email campaign.
